Grassy Mountain Petrified Wood
Grassy Mountain Oregon Ulmus Elm with stunning grain, cell structure and translucency. This is highly prized wood from this famous location. My father had the first claim in the 1950's. The rough for sale is old stock form this claim. Colorful shades of golden rod, white, cinnamon red, brown and black. The site was dug out years ago making this material very rare. Excellent large pieces, logs and limbs which can make excellent display show pieces and outstanding Jewelry material.  There is limited supply of this rare petrified wood from Grassy Mountain Oregon.
